M-Z Controls

The M Z Controls High Performance Ball Valves provide reliable shutoff and precision control for critical applications in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage. They feature investment cast bodies, full port or high flow designs, and advanced sealing with live loaded packing systems including Belleville washers, V ring packing, and patented pyramidal stem seals for superior leak resistance and durability. Available in sizes from one quarter inch to four inches with pressure ratings up to two thousand psi, they offer ISO 5211 automation compatibility, a variety of end connections, and material options including stainless steel, carbon steel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C 276.

The M-Z Controls ZE and ZX Series electric quarter turn actuators deliver dependable, precise control for demanding ball, butterfly, plug valve and damper applications. They feature double worm gear self locking drive, thermal and torque protection, and ISO 5211 easy mounting. Available in weatherproof, submersible, explosion proof and hazardous area versions, they offer multi voltage motors, manual override, limit switches, position indication and optional heaters. They operate in ambient conditions from –4 °F to 158 °F (–20 °C to 70 °C), with low temperature options extending down to –40 °F (–40 °C).

The M-Z Controls Zenith pneumatic rack and pinion actuators are built for rugged reliability in heavy duty ball, butterfly, and plug valve applications. They offer both double acting and spring return configurations for flexible automation, deliver precise 90 degree stroke control with adjustable travel stops, and accommodate pressures up to 150 psi. Torque values from 37 in lbs to 17,137 lbs, ISO5211 and Namur; VPI VDE mounting conformance, and advanced pinion bearing design for high cycle life.
